PalTalk customer service is dreadful. They don't care about anything. Their only goal is to fool you into buying credits at least one time. Then they can put you on automatic renewal ( recurring payments). Use legit sites like http://J4Love.net fellows! It has been time-tested! Be very careful with Paltalk! Best of all, just avoid this miserable platform!
