Has anyone purchased natural gemstones from PandaHall? If so, are they real?

Yes i have. Always good quality. I have trusted them that they are real when their description states natural.

YES! But watch the exact wording, and use the filters on the left sidebar. Go for natural, unheated untreated undyed, etc. Watch for grading filters, if offered. This will get you better stones.

Just be careful as their descriptions aren't accurate. They sell some that are coated and they write dyed. It's NOT the same thing.
Some don't say they are dyed and they are.
They used to sell hematite and it was truly hemalyke(they now indicate it's not the natural stone at least)
Their customer service is TERRIBLE. All they want to do is make you waste your time. You have to be a very smart shopper here or you'll get bad quality items and will never be able to return them as they give you a UK address to return items purchased in the US after a ton of back and forth tickets (as you can't call them).
