Same negative experiences here. I've reached out via chat, message, and phone call and am told I'll be replied to but never am. I've asked for a manager and not been passed to one. They keep trying to blame FedEx.
No. They put you on hold and the last time I waited I just got more ringing sound and I waited another 5 minutes and finally hung up. They are the worst! How do they stay in business?! They must frustrate so many.
