How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Payback-ltd?

Very easy at first few weeks because they will give you a sense of assurance and comfort, until it's too late to know you've been double scammed.

He is absolutely correct - they will keep you going for at least 60 days when you can't do a charge back on your credit card.
