on 7/1/16My company which currently employs 200+ uses payoneer for paying salaries. None of us had their money blocked or anything like the people above describe. If their system detects anything that feels suspicious (e.g.: on one day you withdraw a big amount of money from a different country) they send you an e-mail, asking to verify the transaction, if you reply nothing happens.
They also have a customer service phone line that for me always worked (after waiting 10 minutes in line). I don't understand how people here were not able to get in touch with Payoneer.
A lot of people use Payoneer, it's a completely real and reliable service. Airbnb gives away Payoneer cards to hosts and pays them through Payoneer. Elance, 99designs do the same.
A: I am a Payoneer user for 2 years. The part that is scary about this company is because if you have trouble withdrawing your money or with your card or online account, you can not reach them. So bascially they have your money, you can not get it by any means and they dont respond to emails, phones or chat, so what would anybody think?. That they stole your money, I have had feeling at least 3 times. So. Is it legit? I don't know. Can you benefit? No, if you have the option stay away from this company. In my case I have no choice but to use it for the moment.
