I need to order heartguard for my 8lb big have a report from animal services. Can I order this with this report I can mail it to you?
Did my order go out for Ronnie Hoffman I gave my new Charge # in a message no place on Order to change it. I sent it to the manager on a message.
I placed my order for 4 (four) Sereso collars size small. It was placed on Monday, 6/13/16@ 8:03 p.m. I still haven't received anything. Is this normal? I'm worried because I just noticed on here that there is no phone number. It took me a while to get this much money. I pray it isn't a scam. I'm on disability and can't get the money to order again and I wouldn't anyway. Does anybody know what's going on? It says it ships that day or the next, I think. Please help! Thank you.

Same thing happened to me! And they refused to re-ship and only refunded me 98% of my money. Not only did I not receive my package I lost money because of this company!
