Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 45 days from the date of dispatch for any reason whatsoever.
To request a return please contact us by email: sales@petshed.com. We are also available via phone on 866-430-2823.
If within 90 days of purchase you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will assist you as best we can.
