There shipping is horrible. It started out good, prints were processed and shipped in a timely manner. I got a UPS tracking number and things were moving. Then it got dropped off 40 miles away at a UPS black hole. Now, I have no tracking, since it switched carriers, and it's seems it's just sitting there, 40 miles away. It can't move 40 miles in 4 days, still waiting. I could have walked there and picked it up by now. Who knows when or if it will ever come. So be aware they may send you a tracking link, but it is worthless since they switch carriers with no tracking. And customer service is worthless.
