In October of 2023 I ordered about $95.00 worth of products.Never received anything. They offered a 60% refund. Got nothing. What is my recourse?

Hi Debbie! Unfortunately, you ordered from a spam website that is not affiliated with Pink Lily. I recommend reaching out to your bank/card company and reporting the charge as fraud. If you have any other questions, please email help@pinklily.com.
