Can I use Pixabay photos on my website?

Is the amount I pay for a cup of coffee related to how many pictures i can download from pixabay?
are all cliparts at Pixabay free for "personal" and "commercial" use? eg. logos and badges
I'm a newcomer to Pixabay. I've spent hours browsing for background images to use for my book ads and the selection offered here is amazing. It worries me that such quality images are free to use commercially. Even though I'm not using people photos or recognizable locations, I'm still leery of using the pictures. I've read the rules completely and understand nothing is a hundred percent foolproof, but how can you offer photos of exceptional quality as public domain material? I guess I'm just a worrier.
