Hello Order ID 9630248 Anyway to find out why my order status is Order unavailable?

Hi Tom. I believe you are the seller for this order, correct? I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your buyer was suspended on the site due to offenses committed while this order is happening. The order is now canceled and you should be able to resell the offer again.
