How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Playerup.com?

Next to impossible. Takes 2-4 days per response then they just stopped talking to me

There's virtually NO CUSTOMER service. Contact them by submitting online form, always get automated response back, I've submitted many support requests and so far NO actual response from customer service.

You will never get through to customer service. The messages are all automated. You can't get anyone to complain to. They will eventually block you because they don't want to pay

You can't they ignore you and scam they are absolute trash just collecting everyone's money and keeping it
