Answer:
Is apparently a legit company, but does have sleazy business practices. They charge your credit card even if they do not have the merchandise, or even know when it will be available. After cancelling order because of this, I am STILL waiting for refund. I believe that is fraudulent behavior!

I was not able to find a better price anywhere, after you added the cost of shipping it was still less than any place I could find
