Why doesn't postmates have a phone number you can call. I am trying to dispute a charge, but have to rely solely on them doing stuff online . . . it's been a week already and I have yet to hear back from them.

They Don't answer you back until after 5 days so that they can say "Unfortunately we will not give you your money back because we only issues refunds if the claim is made in a timely manner" horrible company

You have to go though your bank for that. They do have a 1800 number you can call but your 1ST step would be your bank. Postmates can't dispute a charge on your bank account only your bank can

Because the whole company is a scam. Im in you same boat. They cancelled my order citing not being able to pay vendor and that my cc was not charged. What do you know I checked my bank and my cc WAS charged. Im trying to contact them to refund my money but no luck. Complete and total scam. Never will I order again from this company. Im filing a complaint with the BBB.
