If I need to shorten my stay do I get a refund?

I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
