They will respond, however, they will give you every excuse in the book as to why they can't refund your money. And they use COVID as an excuse for EXTREMELY DELAYED SHIPPING! If you read their reviews on every site you will see that they had these issues long before the covid-19 pandemic.

Not even possible. They took our money and ran. They don't respond to email or Facebook messages and have a message recording that states they have a 12 hour cancellation policy. REALLY... so you have 12 hours for our money to hit your account.

I have not been able to "speak" to a live person after many attempts. You have to E mail them and they reply with a form letter which is useless
