Hi I have recently taken delivery of my last order, unfortunately when I tried to replace a cartridge the machine would not recognise. I have not had any problem like this before, could a faulty cartridge? The cartridge in question is C-551XLM for use with a Canon MG5550 printer. Could you advise please? Hi Ken, I had just the same problem with my Canon TS3350. I could see the chip was loose and guessed this was the problem so I sent a photo to John at Printerinks who sorted it out straight away.
