You are not able to reach them? I have news for you - you have just been scammed. I was. After wasting several phone calls and emails, I gave up. Anytime you hear some indian person answering your customer svc questions, you can almost be sure that it is a scam.

INDIA has NO rules, doesn't enforce them, doesn't arrest scammers, doesn't participate in a responsible way.

I am disgusted with this company and anything out of India.

Every time I call It rings twice then this loud screeching noise comes on
