It took several emails and when they knew I wasn't happy they didn't want to communicate with me again. I didn't let up, so they finally sent me a proof of the art work for my blanket. I loved it! I approved it and never received the blanket or heard from them again!
At first it was easy when I had a question about my order. Now that they know I am not happy cause it's been over 2 months since I ordered and it was said that it would take 2-4 weeks for me to receive my blanket. Now they won't answer me at all
Impossible! HUGE lack of communication. All they care about is getting your money then raduo silence.
Impossible! Until you actually get your order months later then they respond within minutes. Ridiculous!
Same as everyone, completely bull$#*! company. I did however finally get a series of aggressive responses from one of their employees email and number that I would like to share with all of those who have never been able to get a response.

Terrible, impossible! I have sent many messages and emails. They only sent one generated email. Was not specific to my email.
They have ignored all attempts to be contacted by e-mail, Facebook messaging and do not have a listed phone number. In other words, SCAM ARTISTS!
They still haven't contacted me back from numerous emails. There is no phone number that I could find to call them directly.

This company is a complete scam. As I'm sure hundreds have said - I wish I had googled the company before making a purchase. We all have similar stories: they reach out and ask for more money, if you try to contact them in ANY form you will not get a response back, if you threaten them in any way they will threaten you back, and you're left kicking yourself. If you made a purchase from this company, IMMEDIATELY go to your bank or however you purchased the item, and fial a claim. Get your money back (just not through them). Also, SPREAD THE WORD! Let others know not to trust them. They have screwed hundreds of customers, and they should be put out of business.
Don't do it, you'd be better off to just se d them cash in a envelope... Total scam.
It is completely awful. Email only, taking up to several weeks to get a response, that is until they block your email if you're being "troublesome".
No. The fastest they ever replied to me was some day. Sometimes I waited 2+ days, or they never replied.
Impossible. No number listed and no response to emails. Will block you on social media for complaints and general inquiries.
