Leave off so many words... Say We proxibid we sell garbage... if you have garbage online come with us that we will make your trash with a verse of words and pictures look new
I'm not sure why you are not getting an email back from Proxibid, but as a company that sells, one thing I can tell you is that they do monitor the auction companies for customer satisfaction, especially during the live auctions. If the live bidder application is not being run sufficiently, the can and will terminate the application and run it themselves, and at the expense of the auction house. They are strict with the auction companies about not messing up how to run the live bidder app. No one is allowed to use it without Proxibid training. This probably isn't exactly the answer to your question however. As with any website, online commerce, etc. I would read carefully the auction company terms and conditions. If there is ANYTHING you are not certain about or not comfortable about, then do not bid or participate in. If you feel that a company is in violation of their own terms and conditions then you should call Proxibid directly and file a dispute. One of our biggest issues is probably bidders NOT reading our terms and then not agreeing to them later on. We can only beg that people read them first. If you are buying something as-is, where-is, do all your research and read those terms! The most satisfied buyers are those that have all the facts going into the auction and can bid with confidence. And sadly, it can be harder to get positive feedback rankings from happy customers.
