How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Pubby?

Takes ages to respond and then very rude and short with replies. They don't act like they want to keep you as a customer but talk as if they're not bothered.

Since all answers seem to be outdated, pubby's services is almost nonexistent now. The funniest thing is me going to cancel my subscription and then receiving a popup requesting feedback and concerns be sent to Kristen, the owner at her direct email instead of cancelling. The popup appeared to be one final attempt at support and when I sent her an email, I got an automated response stating she doesn't reply to emails. It's a joke.

Customer service with Pubby is great! I get a quick response, keeping in mind the time zone differences. Sometimes it takes a few hours, but that's because they go to bed like everyone else does. If I send a message at night, I get one back by the time I get up in the morning. And taking care of any issues that arise? Excellent! They have always been there for me with anything that comes up and have never been rude.

It varies. Pubby is popular and customer service is busy so sometimes it can take 24 hours before they respond. However, I usually get a response within a few hours. There is a chat box to ask customer service questions in your Pubby dashboard and it's super convenient.

Since I have been with them customer service has been nothing but great. Very quick with response time. And very nice.
