The purses are great as far as quality but if you get sent the wrong one or the wrong watch they make u return it to China NO JOKE, never send u a replacement and u are out the money and all the re-shipping fees. Its pot luck really. What I did receive in purses was of good quality but me personally work too hard for my money to take a 200.00 and 300.00 hit because of their mistakes so I wont order from them again. If you have to return something they are horrible to deal with and you kinda are just out the money and will get the run around. If I knew that I would of just kept the wrong watch cause now I paid for it and paid to send it back too and still have no watch. Online shopping. Its always a Risk! Just my exp with them and nope i wouldnt order again. I get burned once in life and I learn... thats all

I think it really depends on which bag you order. I bought an Alma BB in amarante and the quality was excellent. I have a real LV Alma in a larger size/different color and I can say with some authority that the replica is very, very good.

There were a couple of inconspicuous areas where the stitching was slightly - and I mean SLIGHTLY - off. The only other "off" thing was that the lock is a brushed metal instead of shiny.

I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again in the future. The best advice I can give you is to look at the feedback at each INDIVIDUAL style. It seems that that is where the disparity in the reviews lies.

Dont order, there are other places.
If you order it, it will last maximum 6 months. It will start to fall apart and when you contact them, they are rude and don't care. Ive bought 3 times just to test and the only one lasted was 10 months. Not worth spending there.
Customer service will respond to you very quickly and feed you with lies until you buy from them

Don't waist your money! Purchased a purse in October, received email stating the one I picked was defective and to pick a different purse. Stated they would ship immediately... NEVER RECEIVED AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Save your money and DON'T fall victim to their scam
