You can only send email and every time they respond its the same canned message.
Impossible! I've been trying for months now. Ever since I ordered a puzzle in April and never received it. They responded back with a tracking number from China that I was unable to access. And then wouldn't respond there after that. I'm so angry. They need to be turned into better business bureau.
They answered my emails within a few days, but wouldn't address my issue
