Is Real ESA Letter a scam or a legit company?

While it seemed legit for the most part, I got cold feet and canceled but never got my money back. Also, when texting me their reps grammar wasn't quite right consistently so take that as you will.

It is legit. 100% legit. They also have a fast respond when you have an issue with your letter.

From my experience with them, it is a legit company. I got my letter and I was able to use it on my Southwest Airlines flight to bring my dog with me on my trip.
