Answer:
Call your Credit Card Company and dispute the charges. Also dispute the initial $35 charge as this a fradulent company. They also charged me for something I didn't order. I called my card company and they have removed all charges from this company.

Answer:
After 8 calls to the company, looking for my order for my 59 dollar cell phone, I got no results when my order would be arriving. They kept saving they were referring my question to a specialist. I never received an email back saying where and when my order would be arriving. My call today, the lady said I have to do a survey before they send out the order. Another b. S. statement from them. I dont trust canceling my order thru that operator there. I just contacted my credit card company. They will be handling the cancelation there. My bill on my credit card statement list them as Your Opinion Matters, not "Refurbished Electronics" Dont order from these Scamming People"
