Total scam! Please keep emailing them for your refund.
I finally got mine. I had to tell them I removed my BBB complaint, but I did not. I reported them to everyone I could find. No one helped. Keep emailing them until you get on their last nerve. As soon as I cashed the check, I reported them to Internet Crimes.

A SCAM! Please stay away! I ordered something early Feb. It never arrived. I asked them to cancel the order. They told me they'd send me a check. This has been going on for 2 months. And then I looked up their reviews and saw how many people they've ripped off. I'm starting an FBI investigation and will get to the bottom of this!

It seems like a big scam to me. They keep pushing my refund away, so they lie and steal from the honest public.
