Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.

My service charge was $19.99 so they must have upped the price despite adding no value to the process. Please stay away.

You say the $14.99 is an unauthorized charge on 3/18/18 and yet you still charge us this amount. This is considered fraud.
