I recently booked a room for on Sonesta ES Suites web site and it was redirecting to Reservation.com that i was not aware of that.after i checked in

My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way.
They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us.
Its a sleazy organization.

Same exact thing happened to me. No help at all. I called within 5 minutes of making the reservation.
