Terrible liars that scammed. Bad customer service and thieves

Can't reach anybody. Waited for a while then told I was 98th in the que. After waiting, was told I could add my phone number for a call back. That was over an hour ago and yet no call.
I feel that they are waiting me out so I pass the cancellation time.

What an experience! Never again. I have called the hotel. They don't know who these people are or how they got my number.

Hell getting any help. Avoid at all costs. If you actually find someone that does not hang up on you they make unreasonable demands like having to send them invoices of hotels you had to get last minute because the hotel they booked you at was closed and abandoned. It's their fault they booked me at an out of business hotel in the first place. If you ask,well what if we just turned around and went home in disgust rather than pay jacked up last minute stays? Then they say they have to escalate your call which is their excuse to hang up on you or put you on hold for another half hour.
