It's the best deal for 14 days. You should find a job within that time frame anywway, esp with all the tools being offered after the first 14 days its' 19.99$ to print download, format or email anything you do on the site. So yes it does cost money.
You can make it for free but you gotta pay where it matters... to download, print or email it
