I think they sit very close to scammers - they do post content but they do not care about the actual people who try to use their product.

It is definitely a scam. I raised a dispute because of a payment for a 3 month subscription was taken without my consent. I got about 5 emails because I had raised it with Paypal. I won't get a refund they took my money and noone is doing anything about it!

It seems more like an elaborating competence rather than an actual deliberate scam, but the effect is much the same
