Contacting them is a bad idea, ever since I wrote a review on here, they've emailed me 3 times asking me to change the review into a positive one, and just yesterday they emailed me and said to take down my review all together because it had like 42,000 views. I said no and then they tried again by offering me a 55% off coupon.
I don't think they have a contact number, I could only communicate through email.
They are so dodgy! They did the same to me - repeatedly asked me to take down my review, yet never addressed the issues that I had which were that the item I bought was falsely advertised as being suede, when it was synthetic.
They kept offering me a '55% off' coupon which is total BS, because I received that in their weekly email subscription anyway!
They are the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and just doing your losses, and never shop there again. Spread the word also because they deserve to be shut down!
The material is so cheap it's like a 90% chance you will want to return the product and I wasted $11.55 to send it back to them wasted weeks of time and still the funds are not back to my account yet. It's a scam company with 2-3 different names they go by like" stylewe and SHEin"... stay very clear from them. I am their first time customer trying them out buying $50+ but never again should I and other potential 1st. Timers should fall for their bad service, cheap ripped off material and NO free return.
They refuse to provide any contact information besides email. You cannot contact anyone except for through their own ticketing system. If you have a problem, I would strongly suggest contacting Paypal/Credit card company to open the dispute that way, otherwise they will get you to send back your item and keep your money.

I am curently returning an order i made over a month ago. First off their measurements are completely off. I used the sewing measurement tape to make sure i got the correct size and the clothes still ended up being two times smaller. The material is really cheap that i could look through the material. I returned the clothes the same day but now having trouble returning it. It cost me about 7 dollars to return an order of 30 dollars. Now USPS is saying the lable that i payed for has the wrong address and cant deliver the package. Theirs no customer service and no call center so i can't do anything to fix it except wait for someone to see the email i sent.
Guys! I have been receiving calls from ROMWE customers these last 2 months. Maybe only 3 calls in total... but they people all told me they clicked a button on the app and it landed then on a call to me -- I am in no way connected with Romwe.

I dont sell products in fashion, but I am a fashion photographer.
Coincidences or improper coding on their end?
Either way, please all of you complain to then on their site and have them fix the contact options.
