Huge scam! Took forever to arrive and clothes nothing like it when it arrives

Please do not order from Rosegal. Their clothes are extremely small & they will not talk to you about a return!
It's horrible.

If you order something expect three months for delivery. Don't bother purchasing a tracking number it won't work after the item leaves China. Also the sizing is quite small so order at least a size or two bigger. Quality is not great either. I had a terrible experience because they said 7- 25 days and it took three months. Customer service was no help at all and just kept telling me to wait longer every time I tried contacting them until I posted a review. Then they refunded my money. I personally wouldn't order something from this site again.

Worst garbage ever. I got my order 3 months after I ordered. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. Th equality is crap. Anyone who reads these comments and still buys gets what they deserved.

I don't believe it's a "scam". They do use photos from other websites and then recreate the pieces but they still look the same and are good quality. Mine were fine at least. It's what you'd expect from clothes made in China :)

Do not waste your money. Clothes never arrived, had to claim my money back through my credit card company. They are shonky and scammers. They need to be closed down.

Don't be fooled. The clothes look adorable in the photos, but that's not what you get if and when they arrive. The workmanship and fabrics are unbelievably shoddy. I ordered an really pretty dress and what arrived was disgusting. It was made of thin, cheezy shower curtain fabric and was so narrow that I couldn't even get my arm into it. The stitching was a mess. I tossed it into the garbage - I wouldn't even insult anyone shopping at a thrift shop. These people are running a scam - this is not a real business turning out wearable garments. And you can't get at them - they're in China. They're laughing at the women who get ripped off. Either it's one big company operating under various names, or there are a lot of scam artists in China getting rich on the internet. And by the way, when you see good reviews posted, they company is posting these sham reviews. You can tell because they all sound alike on the different websites.

I have a feeling, can't prove it, but... any positive comments on this board about how great the clothes are, is likely the manufacturers girls writing in. Nothing is as it seems. My friend made an order, took about three months to arrive. The two dresses she ordered were okay, but did not fit. She gave them away. The quality was not as it appears in the pictures. It seems they see a picture of something, post that picture as being their own, make the item (quality suffers) and they do not care if something is missing in the original order, and you have no way to correct things. Also, tracking goes only as far as China. There seems to be a business, but it fails to produce as promised. I will never trust them again.

YES it is a scam... clothes are sized wrong and look nothing like the pictures. The fabric is so cheap... worse than a Holloween costume... I've actually seen Halloween costumes with better quality. XL will fit a 6 year old child.

I spent over $100 and not one of the items was as it appeared. The quality was very poor. Seams didn't line up. Material looked as if a child had put it together. Tried to return but just got the run around. I ended up just throwing them in the garbage because they weren't even fit to donate.

I thought the same thing and made the mistake of ordering. My 3 shirts arrived... many weeks later... and on different days from different locations. The sizes are much smaller than in North America so nothing fit. The quality is very cheap and everything smelled like kerosene. Forget the return policy because it will cost you more than the items themselves.

Yes it's a scam. If you ever do receive the clothes they are actually small substandard bits of rags. :( when I received mine after 5 months they were thrown immediately on to the garbage.

I ordered two blouses from this company. They were shipped from China, their place of manufacture. The material was shoddy, thin and slick. The color of one was a pale version of what was advertised. Worst of all, however, was the size. I ordered the size I would from an American retailer, and the blouses were at least two sizes smaller. After my bad review, the company refunded my money, but only after my refusal to delete my comment. If you want to return an item, you have to take endless photos showing exactly WHY the garment is being returned and then you have to ship it back to China. Dreadful clothes. Stay away from them.

YES please don't buy from them - you then stuck in this awful loop and its so hard to get rid of them! Ive never had clothes arrive from them - they have insisted that i give them my personal details to release my order even though i paid for it! After much back and forth i finally got the money but so much more agro from them - save you money and go elsewhere!

They do look cool and very cute, but the quality is not there. They come from China, at least the dress I ordered. The dress was not true to size and the color was off, based on the internet photo. I did get a refund, but I had to go through a few emails to do so. I didn't get a response from the company until I posted my review on this site. You might want to think twice and read other reviews before placing an order.

They are scammers its a company from China I still have the blouses that I purchased I cannot wear either one the first blouse they made it for a petite person I am a large the 2nd blouse it fits my body but the arms are for a skinny person and what you see in the pictures are fake what you receive does not look at all what you thought you were ordering they will cheat you out of your money you are better off buying from a legit company that you know is from the us.

You will not get the clothes pictured. I received a dress with this halter off center and the hem unfinished with extra material hanging out. The clothes are extremely small no matter how big you get them. They use pictures from other sites and make them themselves. I threw a royal fit and they gave me 1/3 of my money back without sending anything back. Do not order from them.

Well I really Don't Know Much about the clothes, because i have not order any Clothes from Rose Gal Yet. I Order a lot of Hair Products, Cosmetics, Nails, False Lashes, Things in that nature. And I Got a GIF(Get-It-Free) Item,. Which is a Sweater. And I am still Waiting on that item. So once I receive my Sweater,. Then I can voice my opinion on Rose Gal Clothing Items. But So Far All the Items I have Purchased from Rose Gal are truly Amazing, and I am very Pleased!

Dont buy from here. I purchased a top and I've never seen anything like it. Was stained, the stiching was falling apart. I didn't expect much from a cheap place but I did expect to be able to wear the products from there. Went straight in the bin and will never buy from there again

Actually my odder was never delivered after two months, so I contacted PayPal for a refund, after they refused to respond to my various emails. I was lucky to ve payed through PayPal.

They post picture of clothing from other designers... Then when You order it takes long as hell because they then try to attempt to make the clothing then they ship you $#*!...

I ordered and got my stuff but terrible terrible Quality the dress I got is see through and can't be worn outside sizes are all wrong I ordered a lg and it maybe might fit my 3 year old so I re ordered an XXXL and it can cover my van so it's hit and miss plus everything had such a bad chemical smell and couldn't get rid of it

It's just really poorly run. Some people are happy wi their purchases, but heaps of people have been dissatisfied. My issue was that I never received my goods. I eventually got a refund after complaining and being persistent for more than 6 months. I have no proof and so can't say 100% but after this all happened, my card details were being used to buy things overseas. I had to cancel my card. The Rosegal purchase was the only online purchase I had ever made with that card. Very suspicious. Be careful and use PayPal if you decide to do it

Don't buy from them. I ordered what I thought was a really nice knitted sweater. What arrived was a cheap cotton rag in a completely different colour and coming apart. I have learn my lesson and only buy from Australian websites now.

It is a scam. Clothes don't come or if they do, they are made for a Barbie doll that doesn't physically move because if you move the poorly made, cheap clothes will rip and disintegrate. Save yourself a disaster.

It's definitely a scam. The clothes are cheap knock offs made mostly of highly flamable "fabric" if you can call it that. Once you realize you've been duped and try to return, they spend the next ten emails telling you it's not worth returning because it takes so many weeks to be sent back to China and then they offer you a 15% return on the money you spent as a peace offering. It did take a while for the clothes to arrive, I always order a size larger when I know the clothes are coming from another country. So I was very happy

Hey Kai. I will tell you that I do not speak for the site. I have only bought this one item but I can tell you the hoodie I bought I love. It is one of my favorites. I was not sponsored in anyway to put my review out there. I can't tell you if the other items are good or not. I would only buy items that have reviews. That way I can see if other consumers thought it was worth it. I don't know about the company but as far as my review is concerned, no, it is not a scam. I am a real person who took a chance with this site and was given an item I really enjoy. I hope this helps. I know how aggravating it can be to order something and have it not work out. Not a scam but very poor quality, very small and not returnable unless you want to ship back to China. I'd never buy from them again. Clothes were unusable. I ordered medium and they were like extra small and very thin. Cheap.

It's not a scam I do know people that have gotten their stuff. I just had a very bad experience where I did not get my stuff ever and so I just choose not to go with that site. I have heard so many negative reviews and read so many negative reviews that it's not worth it to me. I had to turn them into the Better Business Bureau literally a dozen times to get an answer on anything.

The reviews are true. This is the messiest company that I have dealt with. They did eventually resolve my issue...(months later) but it took me raising hell and constantly bombarding them with emails and negative yet truthful reviews. The products ARE NOT true to life in quality, size or appeal. If this site actually sold what they put on line and was a standup company they would have my business. I never got the jacket that I ordered. They said that they sent me a refund. The good thing that they did was send me a coupon for my troubles. I used it and the item came but once again it was "cheezy" at best.

Looks are deceiving and I am speaking from personal experience! Extremely poor quality materials, nothing at all like the photos. Size is also extremely small. My 14-year daughter can wear their L-sized swimwear (which I'd initially ordered for myself)!

I've ordered about 10 times from them. I live in Australia and my orders normally come in two weeks with normal postage. I've never had a problem of course the quality isn't going to be the same as if you paid $50 for it. There's lots of bad reviews but in my experience I haven't had a drama

I had good results. Loved the clothes. It took along time to arrive. I recommend to pay by PayPal and buy larger sizes than you usually wear. The clothing runs small. I usually take a 16. I took a 5x at Rose Gal. Hope it helps.

I do not believe it to be scam but the reviews are real! It takes a very long time to gt your order, the sizes are not true to US sizes and the conversion tables embedded in the web pages are also not concise. I suggest ordering at least 2 sizes larger than you normally would. I did FINALLY get my order 15 weeks later... it was 2 sizes too small (even though I used their conversion table)... by the time it arrived, the sweater was out of season and now I needed a bikini... I wrote an unfavorable review and they promised to refund my money, which they did... 6 months later and now they continuously write to me asking if I would provide a more favorable update. My suggestion to you is to realize the risk and recognize their are more people within the majority than exceptions.

Yes obviously. My aunt had ordered some stuff and actually received it but it was the size that would fit a doll not a real person.

Not necessarily as scam, as you will get the clothes eventually, but from personal experience, the clothes certainly aren't as cool or even resemble what you see in the picture.

I ordered a skirt and they gave me another different, another model. I don't like them at all. I prefer other chinese sites. But the size is not their fault, they have different measurement, you have to check in the description the real cm of each size. An european M is a chinese L there, for example. And the time of waiting for the clothes is what you get is you want free shiping. I'm telling you this because if you choose to buy from a chinese company you will have this problem in all the sites. I accept the measurement and time fact, but I don't accept to have a different dresses from the photo, and that is what rosegal does. So choose another site.

The clothes are very cheaply made and the sizes don't really match. I wouldn't waste your money. If there is anything wrong with what you buy you pay shipping. Which makes it ridiculously expensive. I really wouldn't bother.

Im already a small framed women, so the sizing was fine, but the shipping is ridiculous. You pay for the tracking number that doesn't work. Contacting them was always a nightmare. I showed them proof that the tracking never worked. I spent months contacting this company and they never answered my questions, just told me it would be here soon. 4 months later I received a dress that was already falling apart and the colors were different. Ivery order from China before through different companies and the longest I've ever had to wait was 20 days. It's just not worth it.

For me it wasn't a scam. The clothes exist they are just bad quality for my experience. When I wrote my review they harassed me requesting I delete or update the review because they were going to refund me. They did refund a portion of the cost because they sent me something that may have been second hand and wasn't folded before sending it. Even though I have washed it the creases stay so I threw them out. And I couldn't quite tell if any cotton had ever been used in the "cotton" pants because they were stretchy and completely synthetic from the feel.
