Yes, they have got you too. My daughter and I ordered 2 separate items and both of them looked nothing like the pictures we saw. And when asked about a refund I was told they can't find my order number was I sure I ordered from them. Very poorly made, material was so thin you could see straight through it. Don't get had by this company!
I have learnt my lesson as have had problems from another clothes company in China since this one all the companies are linked just different names and I won't be purchasing anything from China again their clothes and customer service is rubbish stay away from them no matter how much you are tempted by the photos.
They have done the same to me want shupping costa from me now. And the postmaster showed me the tracking info. They put the town down but no addresa. This company is a total scam. They will only refund me forty percent and i still have not seen the refund. Im out over sixty dollara. This company needs to be investigated and shut down its a scam.
I think they are trying to get you to pay express delivery or it takes weeks, but seriously just cancel the order. It will be awful quality and not be the same as the photo and there is no chance to return goods. They have no customer service and don't speak English. Avoid like the plague!
Don't give them any money. I finally received my product a month and half later and paid the extra $10 for express two day delivery. The product arrived and it's awful! The stitching is all over the place. Mine came from Shanghai China. Yeah they suck. Now u am stuck with a product that I will never use nor anyone else and they still get my money.
