Do not order from Rotita. I made the mistake of not researching them or I would have never done business with this company. Nothing they sell looks like the pictures they post. And, they do not make refunds.

Don't order from them! I ordered a dress in February and still never received it. The company is in China. They email you, if your lucky, in broken English and they don't take responsibility for stealing your money. I also paid for express shipping, and it's now April and I'm out of $45. Stay clear of this company, all negative reviews are 100% true. Just to be on the safe side, I cancelled my card and reported it lost and had a new one issued. I didn't trust they would not charge more on my card for an item I never received. Stay far away from Rotita!

Don't waste your time. Ordered over a month ago, never got items and they won't refund my money. Have been fighting with them through emails and "tickets" on their website for weeks. They don't respond to 75% of my questions, and when they ask me do respond about the order it's only a few words, and never great English. Then I will respond back and they don't, sometimes it's days in between. This last email I replied to was about two weeks ago, and they haven't replied back yet. I've written them a few times after, and get nothing. Very unprofessional! You most likely won't get your items... your better off throwing your money away.

This company exists however quality of clothing questionable equivalent to the stores like Pay Half or Easy Pickens. If you don't mind that quality then order. But bear in mind you will not be able to get a refund if clothes don't fit or any other problems with your order. Clothes also do not appear as advertised. The company is in China and you are responsible for cost if they even respond to you to return your items. They're is no full refund. And return policy is a ridiculous 3day return policy.

It took over a month for me to get my things. The quality of products were very cheap and mis sized.

Shipping takes months. The clothing material is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures and the sizes are not based on the states sizes. I got a size medium bathing suit and it would fit a 7 year old.

Don't order because they are posting pictures from other websites and making a replica of it that doesn't look nothing like it. The quality of the material is horrible and it's not the right size. My item was missing buttons as well. Also it takes two months to receive it. They is not willing to refund your money back.

Their clothing are not the quality you see in the image they post. The shirt i ordered was not to size. They made me prove 26th pics that the shirt was not as advertised before they would allow me to return then said i had to pay to ship it back to China or wherever. I finally gave up.
