Not easy at all. And they are not helpful in any way, shape, or form.
They have closed the Customer Service call center during Covid-19. The only way to contact them is by e-mail and cross your fingers you get a reply. Personally, I find this unacceptable for a business. They take your order and your money, but good luck after that. I understand things are different during this time, but no call line for order issues is a bad idea all around.
Did not answer 2 emails finally received one to say 3rd party did not respond to give FFL license ( not true i called to see if RK had not reached out
Almost impossible at this time. They shipped me the wrong product and I've been trying to get a response from them for a week and a half now. They aren't accepting calls for customer service during this covid 19 pandemic only email but it seems like they dont have anyone answering the emails.
