The customer service response you see above is an example of the excuses and lies I received from SaferWholesale. I paid in full the day I placed my order and followed up every two weeks. All I received was excuses. After 6 months, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Beauro and the SaferWholesale reply was filled with lies from customer service. They canceled my order and issued a refund instead of finishing the job. I am a customer and I provided proof to the BBB to file the complaint.
That's a lie. I DID DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, but never, ever again! Didnt get what I ordered plus one item was not even remotely what they advertised. Customer service is terrible! To return anything, you go to their website, fill out a "return ticket". Wait for response. And wait...
Then to discourage returns, there are all these "policies". Restocking fee. Pickup fee. Shipping fee. On a $1500+ order, I would get about $900.
