What is the difference is you pay the extra by a top writer? Will the paper not be that good if I don't pay the extra for that option? Also do first time users get a discount?

I didn't pay for a top writer and I ended up getting a paper that was written so poorly that I couldn't use it at all. Then when I asked for a refund, they only gave me a partial one and when I complained to my bank, they threatened to put all my personal information online. If you're going to use this site (which I HIGHLY suggest you don't) I would pay the extra money for one of their top writers.
