Not easy at all. And when you do speak to a human being they are NOT helpful at all!
Not easy at all. They only have Chat. It takes, literally, 5 minutes for Seamless to respond to each question. Very, very poor experience. Food never delivered, though I got Seamless' confirmation of the order as well as an email and text that the order would be delivered at a certain time. Never arrived. Called the restaurant directly and they had NO record of the order being ordered.
40 minute wait. Longer then the time the food was supposed to take, so not good.
