I want to buy tickets from SeatGeek, but am very concerned. I am looking at uberseat tickets only, but see a lot of negative reviews. If I buy tickets from SeatGeek, will I have a confirmation number, actual tickets, and the correct tickets? I have never used this before. The "no extra fees" policy concerns me.

Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better

The confirmation number you get is worthless because they are absent any customer service to assist you. They will hit you with a bunch of auto responses to any email you send. That will be the extent of the customer service experience after paying high fees for this service.

Hi Karrah, Shana is right that we are a search engine and do not sell tickets ourselves. We do require our vendors to have full money-back guarantees so that customers are protected when they buy through SeatGeek, but the details of their policies do vary. If you ever have any questions or concerns about a vendor, feel free to reach out to us at hi@seatgeek.com! We'll get back to you as quickly as possible!

Make sure you get a confirmation number. Stub Hub is my favorite ticket site.

Seat geek doesn't sell the tickets, they just show who has tickets available then links you to them. (Sort of like Expedia and airlines.) These companies are of varying reliability with no responsibility to Seat Geek... so beware who you buy from and research them.
