This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.

Complete scam. Took my money and never delivered the chair that was promised. Is not providing a solution for me.

No, the web is littered with them ripping people off. For my order, they never sent the item, then only gave me a partial refund when cancelling after they didn't send it for over a month.

As far as I can tell, it's a scam. Very disappointed.

A scam! Check out the complaints/reviews on BBB's website. Their unscrupulous practices and high ratings attest to a caution that there are unscrupulous people out there making money by posting fake reviews for unscrupulous businesses.

I cant see its a full scam, a badly run legit company who has scam reviews to mislead customers to believe they are what they say they are.

I do not believe so based on the communications I have received

Scam! Not sure how this company still operates. They take your money, send you broken or wrong items, and then do not respond to you when you inquire about your order.
