I have sent several emails to SB, since Nov 2023,regarding not being able to credit my account via bitcoin but yet to receive any response.

I tried to message them to buy credits many times in vain. You can't buy credits except with bitcoins and through their support system.

Why can't I pay for tokens with Visa debit card when it states that you pay that way. N wen u try n pay for it. Then it goes to bitcoin. Not good!
