on 4/17/15Hi there. That has never happened to me. The only thing i can suggest is that you ask secret sales to investigate with the courier company who signed for the package and who delivered it. They should be able to investigate this for you as they have a very comprehensive tracking system and they email you when they are despatching etc. Try them on the phone and email and keep track of what they say to you. Hope that helps... good luck!
I agree with the others, it's better to call Them direct rather than email. It is true that their custom service can be helpful, however I have suffered at the hands of their courier company many times I've lost count, to be honest on most of my deliveries. Their service breaks down from the courier.
Their customer service is usually very good - but the people who have commented below are right, contact them directly via phone. Also they are responsible for getting the items to you (as well as the courier they send them via). There will be proof of signiture? Of who accepted the delivery.
That really surprises me as they are usually really good. They can, however be very slow at times to reply to emails. If you google for their contact number, (which I have done in the past), they are usually really good at trying to help you out. In law it is their reponsibility to ensure that you have received your items, and it is up to them, not you to make enquiries as to where it is. You should NOT have to suffer any financial loss and they must either replace the item or give you a full refund. That is the law. I am sure they well help you though, if you give them a phone. Good luck
Sorry to hear that. I am lucky that I never had this problem.
Just keep arguing your case with them saying the parcel must have been delivered to a wrong address and it's the fault of their delivery company, who are different. Secretsales should chase the delivery company and prove to you that they sent it to the correct address as you dispute that it was delivered to the right address since you were in and you or someone else at your address did not sign it.
