Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.

Its legit IF you don't mind that they constantly delay delivery and will not accept any cancellations after three days regardless of any reason, even their own mistakes which there were plenty of. One person sounded like she was speaking to me from a party and was unable to help with anything.

It's legit IF you don't mind that the product you receive is different than the product ordered. We ordered shades which from pictures clearly have a hidden bracket matching the color of the shade. Instead we got a bright white bracket which curls around to the front and will be visible against our beige shades.

Scam. They don't honor warranty and sold me broken blinds. Horrid customer service

100% Legit! Their products are well made, aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and their customer service is impeccable!
