I signed up Amazon Seller account last 46 days. Now it is still under reviewing. How can I do now? please advise

If I was you I will stop everythings involving with Amazon and find others platforms to sell my products.
Usually it takes 2-3 weeks under reviews. In your case 46 days it means there is a probleme. But this is only the 1st problems tons will come, TONS.
