The product they are selling is not accurately represented. It does not work as advertised.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at sense?

Answer:

Customer service is responsive. But they encourage you to wait and let the product work (as it uses machine learning that improves over time). In this case, being patient and waiting for the product to work just dragged out the time at which I could have sought to return this item for a refund. I wish I had never bought their product.
