How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Sg.pipingrock.com?

Very easy, I was once happened to receive one of the item in my purchased was leaked, I send an email of received a leaking item. They replied me back within 3 days and refund me on that item and of course need a picture snap along with the attachment to prove.
