Good luck, I never got a return call, or the product they charged me for. Don't wait too long to file a complaint with your credit card company. Mine is processing a fraudulent charge against them! I also filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission. Is there a different phone number to contact these people at? The one on their website keeps going to voicemail. I haven't heard anything since placing the order on 6-8-12... horrible customer service
