Impossible, doesn't exist. Just a algorithm or generic answers

There is no customer support whatsoever,no refunds,no help with customer issues.

Not easy. They replied after 3 days to an urgent call request.

Shiply responded to my fraud report quickly and refunded my deposit right away. Despite one bad experience I would definitely use Shiply again, I would just make sure to use established couriers on the site/

Very easy by email and they respond well... Their phone number didn't work on the couple of times I tried it.

Email goes into a Ticketing system and they are very responsive, no one seems to answer phone... but that is quite normal in service sector as they prefer to track the history in the ticket

They answer e mails but there is no customer service - Once you have paid for the introduction to the transport company thats the end of their service. They do not have any responsibility at all if the goods ( as mine did) do not get delivered. There is no comeback and no refund! Use at you peril.

I had a reason to contact Shiply's Customer Service. They responded within 4 hours and solved my issue completely. I am very satisfied with Shiply.
