I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.

Whomever is running this company is crazy. Do you not see her response for every negative comment is they cursed and harassed us so we cancelled their orders? No, customer service is rude and they steal your money.

This is not true. Shipping info is at top of page. It says product will be delivered in three to 4 weeks and its free They offer rush shipping also that will cost you $10. I know this because I emailed them about the shipping and they responded with what I just wrote. They were so nice and waived the $10 rush shipping

We had no issues see the shipping section, they had it posted on every page, lol. This company is the best and we tried so many others before. We will keep buying from them forever.

Why is it so hard to be professional, just ain't in some people!

I applied for rush shipping and they asked me when do I need my shirts by and I told them before Jan 30th still no shirts or tacking numbers it's been since Jan 8! Like I said SCAM

Case in point. Lol Crazy people are never the consumers.

We purchased from them 3 weeks ago and had a really great experience, the first thing we did when we came to the site was to look for the shipping time like any normal person does when they are purchasing from a handmade website, it's common sense.

Its a shame to see some people try to destroy this company just because they cant read.
